Captain Obvious is Literally Running for President

Captain Obvious is a real person (kind of) and he’s taking the presidential race very seriously by running for president in the most obvious way; by literally running across the United States. He’s obviously not really running for president, but he is providing obvious yet relevant commentary about the race which is pretty entertaining. He’s already ran through all 50 states including Washington DC (obviously), and has documented the whole thing including how he used Hotels.com to book hotels “on the run”. See what I did there?

LOL get it? Man – date?

If you’re a bit annoyed or frustrated with the actual presidential race like I am, Captain Obvious’ satirical take on it will definitely brighten you up. Aside from it being cool to see someone running across every state in the U.S., his videos and tweets are actually really funny too. He basically makes sarcastic remarks about everything, which is a much more entertaining way to keep up with the actual presidential race.

I mean…that would be the most obvious way to run for president

Check out all of the places Captain Obvious ran through in each state, and keep up with his campaign and updates on Twitter by following @CaptainObvious and #ObviousPresident! It’s definitely keeping me out of trouble by keeping me entertained instead of posting my opinion about the candidates!
