It has taken me a while to actually create this Travel Planning form for your important trip details, because I usually just scribble my own details in a notebook. BUT, this is everything that I usually try to find out BEFORE my trips, and now it’s in an organized little form-thing for anyone who would like to print it out and fill in their own details!
