I don’t necessarily have the time, patience, or appropriate supplies that most recipes I found call for, so I improvised, and the results were ridiculously amazing! Here are step-by-step instructions using my promo-model Mixie.
1.Gather your ingredients:
2. Turn Cauliflower into “snow”
It still seemed wet so I microwaved it for 4 minutes, then used paper towels to soak up the excess liquid.
If you don’t have a juicer, use a food processor or blender, then microwave the snow, then put it in a clean towel or cheese cloth, and wring the liquid out. Caution: snow is HOT when it comes out of the microwave.
3. Make that Dough
Then, spread butter on a piece of Parchment Paper on a “pizza stone” if you’re fancy and have one, if not, a tin pan works, and push the dough down and out into a circle, making sure it’s not too thin or too thick.
4. Bake the Cauliflower Dough FIRST
While you’re waiting for your dough to cook, watch this video I made while I was waiting for mine!
5. Add your toppings
Spread your pizza sauce, add your cheese, and any other toppings you desire, then bake for another 10 minutes or so,depending on how crispy you like your pizza. We tried 6 cheese blend and gorgonzola, and maple bacon, gorgonzola cheese, and arugula and it was amaazzinnggg. Both pizzas were devoured in under 5 minutes…even the guys loved it!
