1) How do I reserve my spot for one of your trips?
The best way to let me know you’re interested in one of my group trips is to fill out the application. Each trip will have a form so check out the Current Group Trips page to get started!
2) How do I make a deposit to reserve my spot?
Once I approve your application and confirm there are still spots available on the trip, you will need to send a deposit to hold your spot. Typically, the deposit is $500, however, I will let you know in advance of booking. You can send your payment via Paypal or Venmo.
3) Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I typically offer 3, 5, or 7 month payment plans depending on how far out the trip is. All the payment details with dates and amounts will be provided for each trip in advance.
4) How do I make a monthly payment?
I currently accept payments via Paypal or Venmo.
5) What is the group trip itinerary?
Each group trip itinerary is customized based on the attractions and adventures I found the most fun and exciting when I traveled there myself. It will be a mix of the bucketlist destinations, great photo spots, and places to absorb each country’s culture!
6) Who will I be rooming with on the trip?
I assign roommates randomly, two people per room. However, if you are traveling with a friend or would like to room with someone in particular, let me know and we can make that happen!
7) Are flights included in the group trip price?
Because my group trippers travel from a variety of different locations all around the world, your flights to and from the group trip destination are not included in the group trip price. I can offer advice and guidance on when to fly in and out based on our activities as well as the best ways to find flights. I always recommend using Skyscanner.
8) What should I wear/bring with me on the trip?
I offer packing tips, lists and advice for each trip, especially for destinations like India where it’s important to dress conservatively.
9) Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, I highly recommend everyone buying travel insurance for my group trips. In some cases, it is required. I recommend using World Nomads.
