As promised, here is a tutorial on how to make your still photos animated with an app called Plotagraph! The feature works best on photos with water (like all of my waterfall pics on Instagram) or clouds!

1. Upload a photo that you’ve already edited

2. Use the mask tool to block the person/object you want to remain still

4. Use the anchor dots to outline where you don’t want the movement to go past

5. Use the animate tool to tap, hold, and drag arrows in the direction that you want the animations to move
