HIRING! Unicorn Virtual Assistant!

Hello everyone! Alyssa here from MyLifesAMovie.com/@mylifesatravelmovie, with a paid job opportunity for the perfect candidate! Please note, since this is a PAID position, I require that you must already have experience with the position, I am not looking for someone to mentor or teach right now (sorry!).

So yes, preference goes to people with experience as an administrative assistant, whether in person or online. I was a virtual assistant for four years, so I am hoping to find the same type of motivated, dependable, self-starter that I was!

This is a part time position and payment is dependent on your experience level but starting at $15/hour. Also room for growth (think eventual trips) if you REALLY impress me. I had my last assistant for over a year and am only not with her anymore due to family emergencies, but I used to refer to her as the unicorn assistant because she was so good!

Skills you should have:
– Reliable and available (if traveling, super aware of time differences)
– Motivated, ambitious, self-starter
– Knowledge with researching products, destination information, etc. and putting it in an Excel sheet
– Experience with social media marketing and scheduling
– Experience with Canva
– Experience writing press releases, pitch emails, and mass cold-emailing
– Trustworthy, good work ethic, not looking to just learn how to become a successful blogger.

Tasks I need done:
– Social media scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter)
– Canva graphic creation
– Answering business inquiries
– Email pitches for press and collabs
– Various admin (creating invoices, sending them, helping coordinate deals)
